Jane Lyon, Worship Leader

Jane is a native of Durham, NC but she and her husband, Michael, have lived in Clarksville, VA since 1986. Jane has a Master of Divinity from Duke University and a BS in Economics from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro. She has a wide background in business, sales, and marketing. As an ordained clergy, she has worked in parish ministries and hospice aftercare. She currently pastors Antioch Baptist Church in Red Oak, VA. Jane heads the Whole Woman non-profit group and leads conferences and retreats for women nationwide. Jane shares a deep love for and commitment to God that has developed through personal trials, significant losses, and disappointments. Jane will challenge and encourage you as she shares timeless truths with real life applications.

Betty Rodenhizer, Saturday Afternoon Speaker

Betty is a retired Administrative Assistant who serves as Director of Nursery/Preschool at Clarksville Baptist Church in Clarksville, VA. Known as “Miss Betty” to her friends, she truly believes the Lord loves a happy Christian and enjoys sharing funny stories about “her children” and others.

Susan Blakely Smith, Communion Speaker

Susan holds a Masters of Divinity from Campbell University Divinity School. She serves as a registered nurse at Duke Raleigh Hospital, using her talents and education while dealing with surgical patients. She volunteers as an on-call chaplain for WakeMed Hospital. Other volunteer efforts include the Zimbabwe Orphan Endeavor and she serves on the advisory board council for Campbell's World Religions & Global Cultures Center.
